Ngành y tế đang tiếp tục lấy mẫu xét nghiệm SARS-CoV-2 để bóc tách F0 ra khỏi cộng đồng. Tỷ lệ dương tính qua test nhanh tại “vùng đỏ, vùng cam” hiện chỉ còn 0,2%.
Thông tin từ Trung tâm Kiểm soát Bệnh tật TPHCM tối ngày 30/9 cho biết, toàn thành phố đã có 385.242 trường hợp mắc COVID-19 được Bộ Y tế công bố. Hiện nay, đang cách ly điều trị tại nhà là 30.769 người, số ca đang cách ly tại các cơ sở cách ly tập trung là 19.000 người.
Trong ngày 29/9, trên địa bàn thành phố tiếp tục ghi nhận mức độ giảm sâu của ca bệnh tử vong vì COVID-19 với 106 trường hợp (ngày 28/9 là 113 trường hợp). Đến nay, thành phố đã có hơn 201.000 người được điều trị khỏi bệnh xuất viện.

Bên cạnh việc đẩy mạnh chiến dịch tiêm vắc xin ngừa COVID-19, ngành y tế thành phố đang tiếp tục thực hiện xét nghiệm COVID-19 với mục tiêu sớm bóc tách F0 ra khỏi cộng đồng.
Thành phố có hơn 2,3 triệu hộ dân, trong đó gần 400 nghìn hộ thuộc vùng đỏ, hơn 175 nghìn hộ thuộc vùng cam. Đến nay, ngành y tế đã hoàn tất đợt xét nghiệm với 3 vòng lấy mẫu tại vùng đỏ và cam. Tỷ lệ xét nghiệm dương tính vòng 1 là 0,3%, vòng 2 và 3 giảm xuống còn 0,2% bệnh nhân dương tính trên tổng số mẫu được lấy.
Việc nới lỏng giãn cách, mở cửa phát triển kinh tế – xã hội trong tình hình dịch bệnh vẫn còn phức tạp như hiện nay là thách thức không nhỏ đối với TPHCM. Để thực sự kiểm soát được dịch bệnh, lộ trình nới lỏng dần thành công, bên cạnh những nỗ lực của các cấp, các thì ý thức của mỗi người dân trong công tác phòng, chống dịch là rất quan trọng.
Vì vậy, Trung tâm Kiểm soát Bệnh tật Thành phố khuyến cáo cộng đồng cần tuân thủ tuyệt đối các bộ tiêu chí an toàn trong tình hình mới để bảo vệ cho sức khỏe bản thân, gia đình, tạo điều kiện an toàn cho cả xã hội theo thông điệp 5K + vắc xin.
