Ông Tân cũng chia sẻ thêm, Viettel đang đi theo hướng mở. Việc xây dựng các phòng lab này không chỉ để tri ân xã hội mà còn vì chính bản thân Viettel. Khi các giải pháp trở nên có giá trị, Viettel cũng sẽ có khách hàng. Hiện tại, việc chia sẻ và phối hợp giữa các doanh nghiệp đầu đàn với nhau hoặc với startup đang trở thành xu thế và Viettel sẽ tiên phong trong xu thế đó.
“Tự động hóa, robotics ở Việt Nam, nói thì nhiều nhưng thực tế chưa có bao nhiêu. Đâu đó có cũng chỉ là những đốm lửa nhỏ. Chúng tôi muốn đi vào thực chất, có hệ sinh thái thực sự, mức độ thông minh ngày càng cao và được thị trường chấp nhận”, ông Tân cho biết.
Ông Tân cũng cho biết, đối với các startup muốn được hỗ trợ, họ chỉ cần chứng minh được tiềm năng, hiệu quả thì sẽ nhận được sự hỗ trợ hoàn toàn miễn phí từ Viettel trên 4 lĩnh vực then chốt như AI, IoT, Cloud và Big Data.
