Từ ngày 23/7/2020, ông Lê Viết Hiếu chính thức giữ vai trò Tổng giám đốc Công ty CP Tập đoàn Xây dựng Hòa Bình thay ông Lê Viết Hải.

Theo thông tin từ Tập đoàn Xây dựng Hòa Bình, ông Lê Viết Hiếu sinh năm 1992, con trai ông Lê Viết Hải và là nhân sự lãnh đạo trẻ nhất của Hòa Bình. Ông Hiếu vừa mới được bổ nhiệm làm thành viên hội đồng quản trị (HĐQT) công ty trong kỳ họp đại hội đồng cổ đông thường niên ngày 24/6/2020 vừa qua.
Ông Lê Viết Hiếu tốt nghiệp cử nhân quản trị kinh doanh, chuyên môn tài chính doanh nghiệp tại một trường đại học thuộc California (Mỹ), có 2 năm làm chuyên viên tín dụng của Shinhan Việt Nam (2014-2016). Năm 2016, ông Hiếu gia nhập Tập đoàn Hòa Bình với vị trí Phó giám đốc Phát triển thị trường nước ngoài. Đến năm 2018, ông lên chức Giám đốc Phát triển thị trường nước ngoài. Từ tháng 5/2019, ông được bổ nhiệm làm Phó giám đốc Đối ngoại khu vực miền Bắc.
Tính tới ngày 5/6/2020, ông Hiếu sở hữu hơn 1 triệu cổ phiếu HBC, tỷ lệ 0,46%. Được biết, nhiệm kỳ đảm nhận Tổng giám đốc của ông Hiếu là 2 năm, còn ông Hải vẫn đảm nhận vị trí Chủ tịch HĐQT.
Năm 2020, Tập đoàn Xây dựng Hòa Bình đặt mục tiêu doanh thu 12.500 tỷ đồng, lợi nhuận sau thuế 125 tỷ đồng, giảm lần lượt 33% và 70% so với thực hiện năm trước. Cổ tức tỷ lệ 5% bằng tiền hoặc cổ phiếu. Trong khi đó, năm 2019 là 3% bằng tiền. Trong chiến lược dài hơi, Tập đoàn Xây dựng Hòa Bình đã chuẩn bị nguồn lực cho việc triển khai chiến lược phát triển thị trường theo ba hướng: hạ tầng, công nghiệp và nước ngoài.
