Riêng quý 2/2020 Kangaroo lãi sau thuế 74 tỷ đồng.
CTCP Tập đoàn điện máy điện lạnh Việt Úc (Kangaroo) công bố báo cáo tài chính hợp nhất quý 2/2020 với doanh thu thuần đạt 684 tỷ đồng, giảm 2,4% so với quý 2 năm ngoái. Trong khi đó tỷ lệ chi phí giá vốn giảm đến 22,8% nên lợi nhuận gộp từ bán hàng và cung cấp dịch vụ đạt 329,3 tỷ đồng, tăng 12% so với quý 2 năm ngoái.
Chi phí bán hàng trong quý hơn 196 tỷ đồng, và chi phí quản lý doanh nghiệp 35 tỷ đồng. Tổng 2 khoản chi phí này hơn 231 tỷ đồng. Kết quả, quý 2 Kangaroo lãi sau thuế 73,8 tỷ đồng, tăng 36% so với cùng kỳ năm ngoái.
Kangaroo được thành lập từ năm 2003, chuyên về các mặt hàng gia dụng, thiết bị nhà bếp, các sản phẩm từ công nghệ lọc nước, năng lượng tới các thiết bị tiêu dùng khác.
Công ty có trụ sở chính tại Hà Nội và duy trì hệ thống hơn 40.000 điểm kinh doanh, 8 chi nhánh trong và ngoài nước… Ở trong nước, các sản phẩm của Kangaroo được bán tại các thị trường trải dài từ miền bắc, miền trung và miền nam, trong đó phần lớn phân bổ ở miền bắc và miền nam.
Lũy kế 6 tháng đầu năm 2020 Kangaroo đạt gần 1.293 tỷ đồng doanh thu, tăng nhẹ so với con số 1.273 tỷ đồng đạt được cùng kỳ năm 2019. Tuy nhiên nhờ tiết giảm chi phí, lợi nhuận sau thuế thu về đạt 143 tỷ đồng, gấp đôi cùng kỳ. EPS đạt 2.044 đồng.
